There is a known issue with the brand of router used by Vodafone broadband that causes a disconnect of broadband services.
We believe Vodafone is aware of the issue and has contacted the manufacturer/developers of the router/firmware.
Thanks to laser for aiding in testing and Ziggo for sending out a technician with a ton of routers, we belive this mostly likely only effects Sagecom models of router.
The issues here are exactly the same as described above.
Known to effect the "Hub 5" with a "RG Crash".
Virgin Media have been notified and given the demo urls to test with.
